Stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. If you are not satisfied, we will do our best to make things right.
We will accept returns and exchanges in new, unused condition within 30 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase.

What products are eligible for returns?

Items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • GreenOnion Gift Cards or eGift Cards
  • Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.
  • Merchandise $75,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $75,000.

Initiate an Online Return to Return Items by Mail

To return items by mail, you can now use our online returns feature.

  • Start the online return with your order number and shipping ZIP code
  • Select eligible items to return and tell us why you're returning them
  • Print out a FedEx shipping label (you pay return shipping)
  • Pack up your item(s)
  • Drop off at any FedEx store or Narvar Concierge Drop Off location
  • Track your return easily online
  • Once we receive your return, your refund will post to your credit or debit card account within 7 to 10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any pickup fees.

How do I place an order?

It's easy. First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box then click the Add to Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you have two options to choose from. You can click the Checkout Now button right after you've added an item to your cart or you can click on the Cart or Checkout button in the upper right hand section of every page. When viewing the entire contents of your cart clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. Here, you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping as a Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Your Order. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

How do I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order and item delivery by clicking Order Tracking. Order tracking can also be found at the bottom of each web page. The delivery service we use will receive our order number and tracking number at the close of business seven (7) days a week. If these delivery services do not have a record of your order, they may not have received these numbers in their system. In this case, we recommend tracking your order again the next business day.
