Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or return the product.

All our products can be fitted so you know if it suits you. But they must not be used. If the product has traces of use, we will not refund them. The products must also be in the original packaging.
You can make a refund request by logging into your account or sending us an email.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Lost, damaged or delayed shipment
You will receive a full refund for your order if it is lost on the way to you.
You will also receive a full refund if your order is delayed by more than 10 working days out of the promised 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

1. Do you ship internationally? How long can I get my package?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Your package is shipped within 48 hours and takes 5 to 10 days to arrive, depending on your country. For more details, please review our shipping policy.



2. Why is my package delayed?

Your package might be delayed by weather conditions, inspection of international customs, holiday seasons, or any other uncontrollable situations. Especially during the holiday season, packages suffer a slight delay in shipment due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled.



3. How can I get my refund?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your items.

4. Why don't I receive the order confirmation email/reply emails from you?

Please do check your email junk box if you don't receive all the emails from us. Or check if you have provided the correct email address to us on our website. Please note that there is a time difference. We'll rely on you as soon as possible.

6. Is your jewelry waterproof? Can I wear it in the shower?

Yes. It's waterproof with full tests. You can wear it in the gym, shower and swim.



7. I have sensitive skin. Does your jewelry contain zinc or nickel? Is it non-tarnished?

Our jewelry is made of high-quality materials without any zinc or nickel. It's friendly to sensitive skin with whole tests. There is no green or allergic skin for guarantee.



8. What kind of material is your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of Sterling Silver, 18K Gold, Pearl, and all kinds of Gems. There's no zinc or nickel for guarantee.



9. Is your jewelry exclusive/original design?

Yes.



10. Is your jewelry handmade?

Yes. Our jewelry is handmade in our factories based in Foshan and Guangzhou, China.



11. Can I input non-English information/address on the checkout page?

Please input Mandarin information, if your address is in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, or Taiwan.

Please input Korean information, if your address is in Korea.

Please input Japanese information, if your address is in Japan.



12. I have input the wrong address/information. How can I change it?

To change your address/information, please contact us at service@greeonion.com immediately.

If you request to change your address/information before the tracking number is issued, your address/information will be changed easily.

If you request to change your address/information after the tracking number is issued or when your package has arrived in your country or area but fails to be delivered and goes back to our courier's warehouse due to the wrong address/information, a $10 resent fee would be charged. The charged link will be sent to you via email. If we have not heard from you in 10 days, your package will be sent back to us. A refund deducted the shipping fee (except for free shipping) and a $10 fee of return to sender will be sent back to you when we have received your package.

Please make sure you have input all the correct information including the name of your mailbox in the address, if you use it to receive packages.



13. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, an updated shipping status email attached with the tracking number will be sent to you. You can easily track your order with the tracking number on our website page: Track Your Order. Or you could directly login to your account on our website to check it out. All the shipping status details would be updated there as well.



14. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can. To start an order cancellation or change, please contact us at jentlejewelry@outlook.com.

If you cancel or change your order before the tracking number is issued, all of the refunds will be sent back to you.

If you cancel or change your order after the tracking number is issued and before the package is delivered, your refund will be sent back to you deducting the shipping fee (except for free shipping) of your order and a $10 USD fee of return to sender.



15. Can I customize your jewelry?

Currently, we don't accept customized orders.
